There haven’t been too many rent reviews in evidence recently but we think they’re due to make a comeback! We are currently busy on behalf of landlords negotiating formerly ‘abated rents’ back up to the contractual level. We also advise tenants on lease surrenders and restructuring and other areas which can facilitate reduction of costs.
